Water comes from the dug well through a pitcher pump for the kitchen sink as well as to a water holding tank that sits up in the loft (bedroom) that is used for the bathroom sink and shower. Newer propane refrigerator/freezer and propane stove were recently installed. You can also cook on the Crawford Cook Stove which can be used to keep the cabin nice and cozy in the winter along with another newer Waterford wood stove in the living room. 1/2+/- cord of wood is staying with the camp. Use the propane lights or the new setup of a 12 Volt battery light system which was wired and located throughout the cabin. Plenty of storage in the beautiful hickory cabinets that were installed in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. If the camp is not enough room when you have guests, a camper will be conveyed with the property as well.
